Over time, they became known as a private development company or NGO in this country. The goal of NGOs is to – liberate them from the barricades where the poor are bound, to enable them to improve their destiny by analyzing the position of the poor, by awakening their dormant prospects and utilizing the opportunities available, transforming them from the most inactive people to active citizens.
